Privacy

This guest guide uses your reservation UID and check-in date only to confirm that you may view the instructions for your stay.

Information used

The service processes the details you submit, basic request security data such as your IP address, and the reservation information needed to show your guide. Google reCAPTCHA also processes information necessary to prevent automated abuse.

Analytics

Google Analytics may collect basic usage and device information so we can understand how the guest guide is used. Reservation UIDs, check-in details, property names, addresses, and access codes are not sent as analytics page data.

Security

Repeated unsuccessful reservation checks from the same client are temporarily blocked. Guide pages are not intended for search engines and are sent with no-cache instructions. Do not share your guest-guide link or access codes with anyone who is not part of your reservation.
